OUR FLEET & EQUIPMENT
We have built our fleet and equipped them with lifting
and moving tackle which has worked for our clients for many years.
All vehicles are fitted with lorry loaders with
a variety of lifting duties and jib lengths. From 1 ton pickups to 44 ton articulated and draw bar units, all equiped with a selection of nylon slings, chains, skates and hydraulic jacks.
VW LT35 Pick Up : Drop side body fitted with fully hydraulic loader at the rear, capable of lifting 1000kgs @ 1m and 500kgs @ 3m. Ideal for the smaller machines that don't warrant an HGV.

FS7-18 : 18ton gross with loading space of 6.5 and a payload of 7tons. Can be coupled to a close coupled draw bar trailer to give a additional loading area of 7m and gross payload of 32tons. Fitted with Atlas 4006 loader to the rear it's lifting capacities range from 7700kgs @ 1.75m to 800kgs @ 10m. A low truck with a traveling height of 3m, and combined with a small crane jib it's ideal for operating under areas with low headroom.

FM7-26 : 26ton gross with loading space of 6.5 and a payload of 11tons. Can be coupled to a close coupled draw bar trailer to give a additional loading area of 7m and a gross payload of 38tons. Fitted with PM24023 loader to the rear it's lifting capacities range from 11000kgs @ 2m to 2000kgs @ 10m. Ideal for carrying a forklift trucks and machines together to assist with the installation.

FM9-26 : 26ton gross with loading space of 8m and a payload of 10tons. Can be coupled to a close coupled draw bar trailer to give a additional loading area of 7m and a gross payload of 40tons. Fitted with PM37026 loader to the front, it's lifting capacities range from 7700kgs @ 4.4m to 1450kgs @ 16m. With a coverall sheeting system we eliminate tarpaulin sheets on this vehicle. This system gives us an unobstructed loading area which can be covered within seconds.

FH12-44 : 44ton gross pulling tri-axle trailers from a crane semi, 13.6 flats and extendables up to 20m. Crane trailer fitted with Fassi 43002 to the rear with capacities of 17370kgs @ 2.2m to 2825kgs @ 13.2m.

Forklift Trucks
We operate a fleet of 5 Hyster forklift trucks from 4 tons up to 7 tons.
All LPG powered with a variety of lift and mast heights - even as
low as 5'6". Available with extension forks or jib attachments. Operators trained to RTITB standards.

Crane Hire
We work closely with a crane hire company who furnish us with a
network of machines throughout the UK with Iron
Fairy's, Truck Mounts and All Terrain machines.
Crane hire is supplied on a contract hire basis where W Finch & Co supply
all slingers and banksmen, and organise Method Statements, Risk Assessments,
Road Closures and all associated permits.
